Geoffrey Kent  is the CEO of COGNIS IT-ADVISORS. He is an Entrepreneur Business Executive with more than thirty five years experience. He has been recognized nationally and internationally for his accomplishments.

Masters of Business Administration Degree in Entrepreneurial Management, Multinational Management, and Arts Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group, specializing in strategic planning, business process reengineering, and reorganization services.

Management Consultant with the Erving Group (an entertainment management holding company owned by retired NBA Hall of Fame member and entrepreneur Julius “Dr. J” Erving), where he served as the CEO of a Chicago-based portfolio company (a digital imaging company).

Managing Principal of the Kent Consulting Group (a turnaround management consulting services firm)

Mr. Kent serves on the following Boards of Directors: Corporate Council Committee (Chair), Audit Committee,  New Revenue Initiatives Committee of the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation; and Fox Chase Cancer Center Foundation.

 

Dean Harris is a Managing Partner of COGNIS IT-ADVISORS. He has spent the last thirty five years as a Researcher, Entrepreneur, Management Consultant and Mentor.

Lowell Thomas currently serves as the General Counsel for a $30 million funded nonprofit involved primarily with community and housing development for low income citizens in the City of Philadelphia. He has earned JD and MBA degrees, served as a business policy advisor to former Governor Edward G. Rendell and chief counsel to the late former Augusta Clark when she served as City Council Majority Whip, and served as outside counsel for private and public entities on sophisticated commercial transactions and civil litigation while working for Philadelphia law firms.
